  1. Ash Wednesday (the start of Lent) March 5th (Wednesday)

Masses are at 7:00 and 19:00.

The day to observe Daisai and Shosai is Ash Wednesday and the day to observe Good Friday
Smallsai is every Friday except holidays.
Daisai was able to eat only one full meal a day andone more small meal in the morning, and was 18 years old.Believers under the age of 60 will protect it. Kosai does not eat meat, but each person may choose to eat other forms of atonement at their own discretion. It can be replaced by formality, especially the performance of works of charity, piety, and temperance, and is practiced by believers who are 14 years of age or older.I will protect you. (Persons with reasons such as illness or pregnancy are exempted from Daisai and Shosai.)

Father in heaven,
may the faith you have given us
in your son, Jesus Christ,our brother,
and the flame of charity enkindled
in our hearts by the Holy Spirit,
reawaken in us the blessed hope
for the coming of your Kingdom.

May your grace transform us
into tireless cultivators of the seeds of the Gospel.
May those seeds transform from within both humanity and the whole cosmos
in the sure expectation
of a new heaven and a new earth,
when with the powers of Evil vanquished,
your glory will shine eternally.

May the grace of the Jubilee
reawaken in us, Pilgrims of Hope,
a yearning for the treasures of heaven.
May that same grace spread
the joy and peace of our Redeemer
throughout the earth.
To you our God, eternally blessed,
be glory and praise for ever.

 St. Michael the archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.May God rebuke him, we humbly pray ; and   do thou, O prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan, and all the wicked spirits, who roam through the world, seeking the ruin of souls.  Amen
